The instructional staff at Great Lakes Truck Driving School is made up of highly qualified professional drivers and heavy equipment operators with years of experience in their industry. Our dedicated staff pledges their unwavering commitment to:

• Provide quality driver training programs and heavy equipment programs that will instill a positive attitude.
• Provide practical and theoretical instruction that will produce safe, well-qualified drivers and heavy equipment operators who will be an asset to their company and their community.

Situated on over 10 acres, our state of the art training facility is centrally located and is within 30 minutes of downtown Cleveland, Elyria, Lorain and Medina. Consisting of a 9,000 square foot building, this expansive facility houses spacious classrooms, offices, and student break/activity areas. With ample acreage, and a designated shifting track, our students are able to practice backing maneuvers and perfect their skills. The Heavy Equipment Training Area resembles a construction site where students learn safety, jobsite set-up, topography readings, grading techniques, trenching, laying pipe, loading dump trucks, footer set-up and more!

Great Lakes Truck Driving School, Inc. is a privately held corporation and is jointly owned. Ms. Doris Young is a former professional Truck Driving School Administrator with 22 years of training and experience. Come by and visit our facility at 27740 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station, OH, just west of Strongsville on Route 82.
